Consistent Successful Results
All our investments are built to provide a 15% minimum IRR to our investors. Our portfolio on average has produced 50% to 100% returns after sale. With a cash on cash before disposition or refinance in the double digits. Currently Sym Investments owns 1,000,000 Sq Ft, with an estimated value close to $250,000,000.

LEON MAYER
MANAGING PARTNER, CEO
Leon began his career in finance working under the tutelage of his late father Solomon Mayer. The family ran a private equity company focused on commodity trading for over 30 years. In 2015 Leon began looking in other markets for higher returns for his family fund. Since then Leon has run SYM Investments and the Solomon Properties management company. Using his knowledge of finance and market analysis he has consistently produced favorable returns for his investors. Leon has surrounded himself with a talented and diligent team of experienced professionals enabling the company to grow exponentially moving forward.
BRADLEY LIPMAN
MANAGING PARTNER, COO
Bradley worked as the managing director of a midsize retail chain with stores throughout the country and over 400 employees. Focusing on operations and leasing. Bradley became proficient with construction, leasing, financial modeling and landlord tenant relations. After 5 years Bradley pivoted to run operations and investment analysis for a Real Estate development firm located in Los Angeles. SYM Investments recruited Bradley who has helped grow the portfolio and increased profitability of current assets since his addition to the company.
DEAN ASHER
CFO
Dean Asher brings a unique blend of expertise to the industry. With a Juris Doctorate degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, an LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School, and eighteen years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, financial analysis, and real estate litigation, Dean combines comprehensive legal knowledge with a deep understanding of real estate markets, transactions, and investment strategies. Dean is adept at conducting thorough due diligence, strategic planning, and identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.
JORDAN HILLER
GENERAL COUNSEL
After graduating from Brooklyn Law School, Jordan Hiller spent four years as a NYC litigator working in the field of Insurance Defense. Leaving the conventional law firm experience behind, Jordan then spent eight years working as both a manager of a New York real estate portfolio as well as practicing real estate law. For the past nine years, Jordan has been the managing attorney at Jordan S. Hiller & Associates, PLLC in Cedarhurst, NY. The firm handles an array of legal matters for its clients including litigation, landlord/tenant, commercial transactions, real estate, probate, and estate planning.
